This worldwide company is one of the most popular online payment services for both businesses and individuals, employing thousands of staff across the world.

As an international brand, the company has head offices all around the globe with their UK head office located in London. It was here that Toolshed Communications was tasked with creating a bespoke in-house space.

To give the space an imaginative new lease of life, Toolshed delivered a range of services including project management, design, space planning, visualisation and CAD drawings as well as AV supply and installation.

Prior to Toolshed’s involvement, the company did not have a designated area with staging for presentations and meetings, meaning that they had to go to the expense of booking external venues.  As part of the renovation, Toolshed designed an unusual custom-built curved stage for use in staff briefings and presentations in the company’s events area. With flexibility in mind, this was made to be fully customisable and removable should the company require more open space for an event.

As a result of the renovation, the company has a flexible new space, saving significant amounts of money on hotel and venue rental fees.

In addition (and in keeping with their branding), the walls of the offices were painted with patterned blue colours and 150 modified photo frames were also placed around the walls. These frames are used to display entries from the company’s regular staff photography competitions, bringing a real personal touch to the premises as well as creating an engaging and regularly changing feature.
